A guided route holds visitors on site for longer than a map and a leaflet do, and moves them past the two or three places everyone already photographs.
A channel before arrival
The app is listed, searchable and downloadable while a traveller is still planning. Your town reaches them before they book, not after they park.

Anonymised data on which sites people actually walk to, where they stop, and where they turn back — useful well beyond the app itself.
